These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

8. Refunds

We understand that from time-to-time circumstances arise which may result in you requiring a cancellation or refund of your purchase / order. If you purchase a course you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If you have not accessed the course at any point then we can offer a full refund. If the 14 days have passed or you access any part of the course then we reserve the right to refuse any refund in part or full. Once you have accessed the course you then have 12 months to complete the course, after 12 months the course will expire. If you are a subscribing customer your access to all of Toppa’s content will be active whilst your subscription is active.

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”. Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
