About this course
Tony Hayes was a Royal Marine Commando prior to successfully completing Special Forces Selection, and went on to join the UK Special Forces, namely the Special Boat Service (SBS). Tony conducted three combat tours of Afghanistan whilst serving with the SBS. Tony is now the owner of a Strength and Conditioning company, SF1 Strength Ltd, and is the inventor of the company’s flagship product, The SF1 suspension trainer. Tony has been through the business validation stage for SF1 in detail and shares his top tips and advice for those going through the same process
