Andy, who was managing director of Colmore Tang Construction at its launch, was soon appointed as chief executive of the combined businesses.
Originally launched in 2014 for a one-off build of the 253-bed Park Regis Hotel in Birmingham UK, Colmore Tang has gone on to complete more than 1,000 residential units. A further 3,000 are in the pipeline, with committed projects in a mix of new-build and office-to-residential change of use.
The company has grown to a projected £100m annual turnover in four years, already transforming 15 disused office blocks and brownfield sites in the UK. Andy also launched an industry-first £10m technology accelerator programme alongside Virgin StartUp.
